Olabode Abikoye has a span of 27 years of varied work experience in mortgage banking, commodity exportation, commercial and investment banking in reputable Nigerian financial institutions. He has at various times during his career served as lead in the establishment of strategic business units across various financial institutions in pioneering roles in Agribusiness, PPP, Infrastructure, Private Equity, and Asset Management. In these roles, he provided strategic direction for the engagement of development opportunities in the areas of power, public transportation, agriculture, education, municipal waste management, and health. Olabode holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from the University of Ilorin and a Master of Business Administration from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is also an alumnus of both the Infrastructure in a Market Economy and Senior Executive Fellows programs of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He led the Agribusiness team in Union Bank of Nigeria Plc, until March 2017 when he was appointed to the Board of Bank of Agriculture (BOA). Olabode is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AgGroup Plc.
